For customers who book

When you book with a business on Bookita, you give that business your name, email, mobile number, address and notes. The business owns this information (personal information controller). Bookita only processes it on their behalf (personal information processor), under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

It is used only for your booking: so the business can see it, and to email you about it. We do not sell it and do not use it for advertising.

For business owners

We store your name, email, password (hashed; we cannot read it) and business details to run your account. We also record which version of the Terms you accepted and when.

How long we keep data

While your account is active. You can delete your account in Account settings; your data is then deleted, except what the law requires us to keep.

Security

Everything uses HTTPS. Data is stored with Cloudflare. Emails are sent with Resend.

Your rights

You have the right to know, access, correct and delete your data. For a booking, contact the business first. You can also email [email protected].

Para sa mga customer na nagbo-book

Kapag nag-book ka sa isang negosyo sa Bookita, ibinibigay mo ang pangalan, email, mobile number, address at notes mo sa negosyong iyon. Sila ang may-ari ng impormasyong ito (personal information controller). Ang Bookita ay nagpo-proseso lang nito para sa kanila (personal information processor), ayon sa Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

Ginagamit ito para sa booking mo lang: para makita ng negosyo, at para makapagpadala ng email tungkol sa booking mo. Hindi namin ito ibinebenta at hindi ginagamit sa advertising.

Para sa mga may-ari ng negosyo

Iniimbak namin ang pangalan, email, password (naka-hash, hindi namin nababasa), at impormasyon ng negosyo mo para mapatakbo ang account mo. Itinatala rin namin ang bersyon at oras ng pagtanggap mo sa Terms.

Gaano katagal

Habang aktibo ang account. Pwede mong burahin ang account mo sa Account settings; buburahin ang data mo, maliban sa kailangang itago ayon sa batas.

Seguridad

Naka-HTTPS ang lahat. Ang data ay naka-imbak sa Cloudflare. Ang email ay ipinapadala gamit ang Resend.

Mga karapatan mo

May karapatan kang malaman, i-access, itama, at ipabura ang data mo. Para sa booking, kontakin muna ang negosyo. Pwede ka ring mag-email sa [email protected].
