1. What Bookita is

Bookita is an online booking page for businesses. The business ("you") provides the service to its customers, not Bookita.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account, your password, and everything on your page (name, prices, photos). Fake businesses, scams and illegal services are not allowed.

3. Your customers' bookings

You own your customers' information. Bookita only processes it for you. Use it only for their booking and service.

4. Plans and payment

The Free plan is free, up to 30 bookings a month. When paid plans (Pro, Premium) launch: payment is monthly or yearly; there are no refunds for a month already started; if a payment is 3 days late, you go back to Free and your data is kept.

5. Your own domain (Premium)

You buy and own your domain and renew it every year. If it is not renewed, your website stops working on that domain and someone else may buy it. Bookita is not liable for a domain lost through late or missed renewal. Your page keeps working on bookita.app.

6. Changes and ending

You can delete your account at any time in Account settings. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.

Bersyon 2026-10-05

1. Ano ang Bookita

Ang Bookita ay online booking page para sa mga negosyo. Ang negosyo ("ikaw") ang nagbibigay ng serbisyo sa customer nila; hindi Bookita.

2. Account mo

Ikaw ang responsable sa account mo, sa password mo, at sa lahat ng nakalagay sa page mo (pangalan, presyo, larawan). Bawal ang pekeng negosyo, panloloko, o ilegal na serbisyo.

3. Booking ng customer mo

Ikaw ang may-ari ng impormasyon ng customer mo. Ipino-proseso lang ito ng Bookita para sa iyo. Gamitin mo lang ito para sa booking at serbisyo nila.

4. Plans at bayad

Libre ang Free plan, hanggang 30 booking kada buwan. Kapag naglabas kami ng bayad na plan (Pro, Premium): buwanan o taunan ang bayad; walang refund sa buwang nasimulan na; kapag hindi nabayaran 3 araw pagkatapos ng due date, babalik ka sa Free nang hindi nabubura ang data mo.

5. Sariling domain (Premium)

Ikaw ang bibili at may-ari ng domain mo, at ikaw ang magre-renew taon-taon. Kapag hindi na-renew, hihinto ang website mo sa domain na iyon at maaaring mabili ito ng iba. Hindi mananagot ang Bookita sa pagkawala ng domain dahil sa late o hindi pag-renew. Gagana pa rin ang page mo sa bookita.app.

6. Pagbabago at pagtigil

Pwede mong burahin ang account mo anumang oras sa Account settings. Pwede naming i-suspend ang account na lumalabag sa Terms na ito.
